This is a techno-functional role involving the administration and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors instances and all related environments. Primary responsibilities of this position are to configure, maintain and optimize the SAP SuccessFactors computing infrastructure. Responsible for system management including configuration, security, resource monitoring and reporting. System administration includes coordinating software issues with Development and Operations resources, working with other teams where necessary and working with connectivity of other hosted applications. Activities include provisioning, configuration, refresh management, user management, security/role administration and other related tasks. Documents, implements, and maintains software integrations in an SAP cloud environment.

Demonstrates proficiency with one or more technology environments, and the ability to learn and apply new and emerging concepts efficiently. Tests, implements, documents, and maintains system components based on specifications.

• 3+ years large SAP SuccessFactors (cloud) Employee Central implementations
• Strong knowledge of SAP cloud platform
• Experience working with vendors and 3rd party solutions
• Good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors standard integrations
• Familiarity with SAP/SuccessFactors API (ODATA & SOAP)
• Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SCPI) or Dell Boomi or SAP PI/PO
• Experience with and knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
